- This Notice is issued to engage with the Industry to provide insight and feedback for the acquisition of Base Operations Support (BOS) Services for Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid.� The 94th Airlift Wing will be hosting an Industry Day from 16 � 18 August 2022 at Bldg. 813, Verhulst Hall. Interested vendors are encouraged to participate virtually or in-person. Please RSVP at the following link:�� https://einvitations.afit.edu/inv/anim.cfm?i=666765&k=0467440E7D52.� The BOS Services are Mission Essential Services to provide general oversight and administration support for Dobbins ARB. More specifically the BOS Services will include multiple services in the following functions: Material Management - providing Material Management flight services under the Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) Ground Transportation and Vehicle Management provides accountability management, and maintenance services for the base vehicle fleet, selected registered and non-registered equipment, and transient vehicles Traffic Management Operations provides a full range of traffic management services for base organizations, to include day-to-day, exercise and contingency operations Real Property Maintenance - provides preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) service calls for facility maintenance for all real property, and Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) Fuels Management - providing fuels management services to wing, tenant, and transient organizations, as defined by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) The North American Industry Classification System is 561210, Facility Support Services, Product Service Code R706, Logistics Support, and Small Business Size Standard of $41.5M.� The overall agenda will consist of the following:� AGENDA Contract Overview Requirement Overview Question and Answer Sessions One-on-One Sessions The Overview and Question/Answer sessions are scheduled until midday on 17 August 2022. One-on-One Sessions will begin at 1:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, 17 August 2022 and conclude on Thursday, 18 August 2022. A maximum of two individuals per company will be permitted to attend onsite, limiting the total onsite capacity to 40 people. The first 40 people to RSVP requesting onsite attendance will determine onsite participation. All other participants must attend virtually. All registered participants will receive a confirmation email indicating their participation status (onsite or virtual) on or before Tuesday, 9 August 2022. Note: Onsite participants must have received a confirmation email indicating onsite attendance prior to reporting to the Industry Day Event. Interested Vendors are encouraged to submit questions using the Question and Answer Sheet. All questions are to be submitted no later than 5 August 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EST. The intent is to discuss the questions/concerns during this event.�� One-on-One Sessions: Vendors interested in a one-on-one meeting with the Government Team may request a session via the RSVP link above. Please be prepared to lead a discussion, which communicates the company�s capability, strategy, and potential risks.� All presentations, documents, etc., for one-on-one session shall be provided via email or on a CD-ROM and be compatible with Windows 10 or earlier no later than 11 August 2022. Note: In-person attendance for the event is not required to schedule a One-on-One session. Virtual attendees may request virtual One-on-One sessions. A schedule will be emailed by the Government Point of Contacts (POC) indicating One-on-One appointment times. Attendance of the event requires all participants to complete an Entry Access Request Form, DARB4, �and submit to both to the Government POC listed below no later than 5 August 2022 at 2:00 pm EST.� Please ensure the DARB4 includes the full name, citizenship, date of birth, driver�s license number and driver�s license State of Issue. If the vehicle is a rental, please state �rental� in block 27, Driver�s License State of Issue. Note: Do not send copies of driver�s license or any other copies of identification. Interested vendors should allow sufficient time for gate entry. All vehicles are subject to search. Participants should have on their person a valid driver�s license, vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance or rental car agreement. Please note that background checks may be conducted.� Note: You will not be allowed access to the base if you have a felony conviction within the last 10 years or have received a pardon for your conviction. Due to COVID-19, all participants shall be required to wear face masks indoors. The Government will not provide face masks for attendees. Individuals who are sick and/or do not wear a face mask will not be allowed to participate.
