The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform Janitorial Services and Ground Maintenance Services as specified in Contract for services at the Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCTs).�Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) & Base Building, 1245 Miller Store Road (ORF),Virginia Beach VA 23455; and�Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) & Base Building, 2402 G Avenue (PHF), Newport NewsVA 23602. Janitorial work includes L2 and RL3 COVID cleaning.� SPECAIL ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THE TRAVEL ROUTE BETWEEN THE 2 LOCATIONS.� DECLARATION OF YOUR ABILITY TO PERFORM THESE SERVICE SHOULD TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE HEAVILY TRAFFICED AND ROUTINE DELAYS THE VENDOR MUST TRAVEL IN ORDER TO COMPLETE DAILY TASKS.
