Description: FSI/SPAS is in search of a service contractor to provide training on Power Generation for DoS Facility Managers (FM) and locally employed staff (LES) from embassies throughout the world.� The contractor will provide all labor, supplies, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide the training services as described in the course requirements in the draft Statement of Work (SOW).
