- ?.## IFB SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION FOR NATIONAL MULTIPLE AWARDS SHRINES (FY-22) PROJECTS PROJECT TITLE: This Acquisition is an Invitation for Bid (IFB), for National Multi-Award Shrine Projects PROJECT NUMBER: Multiple Projects STATEMENT OF WORK SUMMARY: Contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and professional supervision to perform work described in the Statement of Work (SOW), Specification & Drawings, for Construction CLINS & Service CLINS; for the Multi-Award Shrine Project at Multiple National Cemeteries. These Multi-Award Shrine Project projects will be a Hybrid Construction/Service Contracts, which Shall assessed Davis-Bacon Wages, AND Shall assessed Service Wages.
