Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. � The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract with Protec Surface Technologies S.R.L of Via Benaco 88, Bedizzole, 25081 ITA for spare parts for PVD Coating System equipment identified on the Excel sheet. The Contractor shall provide and deliver ALL items to the District Currency Facility (DCF) located at 14th and C Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20228 no later than 90 days after issuance of award.� The Government will only award to a vendor that can provide ALL items on the Excel sheet.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333244 Printing Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing and the size standard is 750 Employees. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. �Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to provide ALL parts required should submit information that clearly demonstrates their capability to provide ALL items.� Responses to this notice shall be received NO LATER THAN 3:00PM, EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME, SEPTEMBER 1, 2022.� The solicitation will not be posted. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
