Description

Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) intends to issue a firm-fixed price (FFP) Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) on the basis of other than full an open competition to Raytheon Intelligence and Space in Indianapolis, IN. via GSA Schedule (GS-35-F-204 GA). This effort is for Raytheon Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment (EAGLE), Electronic Publishing System (EPS) and Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) content management. �This is a full service maintenance and customer support service support contract for publishing software in support of production, editing, conversion, maintenance and publishing NAVAIR Technical Manuals supporting the Military Fleet, Fleet Readiness Center and other maintenance activities.� This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency�s requirement.� Raytheon is the sole manufacturer and provider of EAGLE, EPS and LSAR which is the only product that can meet this requirement.� THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be reviewed. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
