- The Government is seeking interested parties capable of providing the standard and emergency service coverage and Preventive maintenance coverage for Eaton UPS systems installed in Building 912, Niagara Falls ARS, NY. Eaton Corporation Warranty Coverage of Powerware 93PM160-200 UPS System S/N:� EK125UXX01 � (The units are installed in�pairs and have the same S/N but they are not a parallel system) 1.0 General: � 1.1 Scope: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform standard and emergency service coverage and Preventive maintenance coverage for Eaton UPS systems installed on Niagara Falls ARS Building 912, as defined in this PWS 1.2 Background: UPS systems are required to be operational and in good working condition in the event that main external power is lost to Building 912.� Operational systems within Building 912 are mission critical and in the event of a power outage, UPS systems are critical to safety of flight issues with the MQ-9.� Without proper sustainment of power, aircrew members cannot safely �hand-off� the aircraft to another unit. Base POC: Chris Nuhfer, PH: 716-236-2539 1.3 Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be one Base Year of 12 months and four 12-month option years. The Period of Performance reads as follows: Base Year:� May 26, 2023 � May 25, 2024 Option Year 1:� May 26, 2024 � May 25, 2025 Option Year 2:� May 26, 2025 � May 25, 2026 Option Year 3:� May 26, 2026 � May 25, 2027 Option Year 4:� May 26, 2027 � May 25, 2028 3.0 Requirements: The contractor shall: 3.1 Two UPS and Two Battery Preventive Maintenance Checks per year 3.1.1 7 x 24 Corrective Maintenance Coverage - Parts, labor and expenses included for UPS Electronics 3.1.2 Two (2) Annual 7x 24 Preventive Maintenance Visit for UPS Electronics; Includes visual inspection, inspection of internal operating parameters, inspection of external operating parameters, inspection of environmental parameters, general visual inspection of batteries, inspection of monitoring system parameters, and general inspection of UPS. 3.1.3 Two (2) Annual 7x24 Preventive Maintenance Visits for UPS Batteries; Measure and record individual cell float potentials and battery, measurement of ambient temperature, measure and record all intercell/unit connector and battery cable contact resistances, visually inspect conditions and appearances, mechanical housekeeping and review, inspect and adjust float voltage, operation of output current and voltage meters, review of customer maintained records and safety review and provide a written report.� 3.1.4 UPS Firmware and Software upgraded by Eaton Corporation Factory Trained Technicians every time the unit is serviced.� 3.1.5 Standard 8 hour response time. 3.1.6 7x 24 Customer Reliability Center Triage, Dispatch and Monitoring 4.1 Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (CMRA): 4.1.1 �The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for the� 107th ATKW Operations Group via a secure data collection site. � See attached PWS for further information.
