Description: Investigate and design stormwater piping and subsurface storage system in a multi-phase effort to address stormwater flooding.� Stormwater management to include replacement/new pipe, subsurface storage, a pumping station.� This infrastructure and stormwater management facility must designed for year 2100 and meet current UFCs and anticipated new MDE requirements.� The new emerging MDE requirements include either a 20% increase to rainfall or managing 25-year storm versus a 10-year storm.� Proposed stormwater infrastructure captured in the subsurface storage tank is shown on the attached plans.�
