Please see the Notice of Intent attached to this posting. The Air Force intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source contract to Space Exploration Technologies Corp., 1 Rocket Rd, Hawthorne, CA 90250-6844, for LEO Internet Services. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 517410 and the Business Size is $38.5M. The associated Product Service Code (PSC) is DD01. The statutory authority is 41 U.S.C. 1901, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures up to $7.5M as authorized by FAR 13.500(a) and implemented by FAR 13.501(a). AMIC/PKAB, 300 Exploration Way, Hampton, VA 23666, intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source contract to Space Exploration Technologies Corp. in support of Air Combat Command (ACC).
