Description: The Regional Health Contracting Office � Pacific intends to issue a within scope contract modification to contract W81K0417D0009. The referenced contract was awarded as a competitive 8(a) set aside to Terra Klean Solutions, Inc. under the authority of the procedures for the acquisition of commercial products and commercial services. The services that are being performed are healthcare housekeeping services at Bassett Army Community Hospital and outlying facilities located at Fort Wainwright, Fort Greeley, and Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska. This modification will affect the extended ordering period. �The period of performance remain unchanged. The anticipated date for contract modification is on or about 29 August 2022. The purpose of this modification is to increase quantities of the healthcare housekeeping services contract line item numbers (CLIN), CLINs 0028 to 0043 to ensure continuity of service, comply with Federal healthcare regulatory guidance, and to ensure patient safety. This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and5.203
