Description

Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Sole Source contract to Dr. Michael Schubert, John Hopkins University, for the validation of vestibulo ocular misalignment.� This is an US Army Medical Research and Development Command, Department of Graduate Education requirement. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government anticipate award will be made on or about 15 September 2022.� The primary NAICS code for the requirement is 541714, Research and Technology in Biotechnology, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for future requirements.
