Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS This notice of the Government's intent to solicit from a single source for shuttle bus services. The period of performance of this requirement is expected to be one (1) year. The authority for this action is the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) which states. ""For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. (i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The lessor is the only capable provider for these services.
