Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to sole source a contract for services of Connex Server Application Software and Installation at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, H J Heinz Campus, 1010 Delafield Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15215. All work is to be completed in accordance with statement of work and schedule. This sole source contract will be solicited and negotiated with Welch Allyn, Inc., 4341 State Street Road, Skaneateles Falls, NY 13153-5301 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 1000. No solicitation will be made available. This is not a request for quotations (RFQ). All information submitted for Contracting s review shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Disclaimer and Important Notes: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
