- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to BioMerieux, Inc., Salt Lake City, UT. under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), for the purchase of Microbial Analyzer System.
