Description

The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located in Shiprock, New Mexico has a requirement for the removal of two (120 degree and 180 degree) water heaters from the facility and the installation of the latest water heaters commercially available for the Management Information Systems Department at Northern Navajo Medical Center. The Delivery Date for this requirement will be Six (6) Months starting from the Date of Award. ********************************************************************************************************** A site visit will be conducted at the Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), Highway 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420, on September 9, 2022 at 10:00am (DMT). Attendance of this site visit is encouraged but not required. All costs incurred of any kind for the offeror to attendant the site visit shall be paid by the offeror only. The government is not responsible for any proposal costs or cost associated with the voluntary site visit. Potential Offerors must submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed two per company) to the following points of contact: Christopher Begay, email christopher.begay@ihs.gov and Cornelius Tsipai, email cornelius.tsipai@ihs.gov, no later than September 7, 2022 at 5:00pm (DMT). *This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the facility. ********************************************************************************************************** Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need outlined in the Statement of Work, Pricing Schedule, and price.� Questions may be submitted in writing via email no later than September 6, 2022. Quotes will be due on or before September 16, 2022.� In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have � and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) � an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote. *There is no SF 1449 attached as the total estimated value is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.
