Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for�commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with�additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offers due no later than (NLT)� 09/02/2022 1700 CT Site Visit Pre-Quote Site Visit 08/31/2022 at 10:00 am CT to�12:00 pm CT Meet at Building #1 15 minutes prior to the start�of the Site Visit. COVID Verification form to be available upon�request prior to Site Visit. Be prepared to wear masks. This requirement is a performance-based service�requirement.�The Contractor shall furnish all personnel,�materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals�(except Government furnished property) necessary�to ensure that custodial services are performed�for the Forest Products Laboratory, Madison�Wisconsin.�In accordance with the specifications contained�in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: 09/01/2022 to 08/31/2027
