- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Janitorial Services for Lecanto and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Recovery Center (PRRC) Outpatient Clinics This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation number 36C24822Q1668 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 Janitorial Services with a small business size of $19.5 Million. The PSC is S201 Housekeeping Custodial Janitorial. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 08 located at 8875 Hidden River Pkwy Suite 570, Tampa, FL 33637, in support of Lecanto Veterans Outpatient Clinic and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Recovery Center (PRRC), is seeking to procure services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and price schedule. The Contractor shall price for Janitorial Services. Site visits are scheduled for August 30, 2022 at 9:00AM EST (Lecanto) and 11:30AM EST (PRRC). Site visit will be located at: Lecanto Veterans Outpatient Clinic, 2804 West Marc Knighton Court, Suite A9. Lecanto, FL 34461 (9:00AM EST) Psychosocial Rehabilitation Recovery Center, 14517 Bruce B Downs Blvd Tampa, FL 33613 (11:30 EST) Interested vendors who plan to attend the Site-Visit shall confirm via email to brittney.pastore@va.gov NLT Monday, August 29, 2022, by 1:00PM EST. ***DUE TO COVID-19 PROTOCOLS ON FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PROPERTY, ALL VENDORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN/BE SCREENED UPON ARRIVAL AT VA FACILITIES BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE SITE-VISIT. IN ADDITION, VENDORS WILL BE ASKED TO WEAR MASKS TO ENTER THE FACILITY. *** Period of Performance (PoP): One-year base period of 01 October 2022 to 30 September 2023 with four (4) one-year option periods.
