- Note:� The Date for offers has been extended to Friday, 9-2-2022 at 2:00 PM EST to provide time to compile the answers to questions received. This is a 100% Total Small Business combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6.� The USPTO plans to award a commercial item contract utilizing a purchase order to the small business offeror that provides the lowest price technically acceptable quote able fulfill this requirement. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Solicitation number�1333BJ23Q00050002�is attached. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). A summary of the Scope of this requirement is as follows: The scope of the work involves and provides preparations of space drawings utilizing computer-aided design software, space planning, integration of completed projects with USPTO integrated workplace management systems, and architecture and interior design services. All work must conform with applicable federal government regulations and policies, as well as other agency supplemental regulations and policies as appropriate. Period of Performance The period of performance will consist of a six-month base year and three twelve-month option years. Specific Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation. Abbreviated quote submission instructions are as follows: � Quotes shall be submitted via email to email:�Joy.Pitts@uspto.gov, and Kendall.Jones1@uspto.gov � All QUESTIONS must be received via email no later than August 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM EST � All QUOTES must be received via email no later than September 2, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST PRICE PROPOSAL � Please submit your summary quote in the PRICE SCHEDULE section above � Please provide a separate more descriptive price breakdown for the professional architectural and interior design support services that includes labor categories, estimated hours and rates. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL � Please submit a separate proposal for technical evaluation as an attachment in your quote package � This proposal should provide enough information to show that your proposal meets or exceeds the requirements stated in the SOW � Important: Please include proof of any certifications, licenses, or any other documentation that can show your company can fulfill this requirement ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS/COMMENTS � Please note that boxes 30a, 30b, and 30c on page 1 of the SF-1449 RFQ document MUST be completed and signed and returned with your quote to be responsive � The entire submission instructions can be found in the attached RFQ � This announcement constitutes the RFQ and is the only solicitation that will be issued.
