- BLM-CO Dinosaur Hill Recreation Area Improvements - Amendment 2 The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the location. This project is at the Dinosaur Hill Recreation area right outside of Fruita, not the Dinosaur National monument as it may look on page 1 of the plans. Please don't drive to Rangeley. This is a solicitation for recreation area improvements at the Dinosaur Hill Recreation Area right outside of Fruita, CO. The Government estimates the Rough Order of Magnitude to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Pre-Bid Site Tour: 1 Sept 2022 - Meet in the Parking Lot. Estimated POP: March - May 2023 Summary of Work: Concrete Curbs and Walkways, Trail Aggregate, Pre-Cast Concrete Curb Pans with Fossil Art, Shade Shelters, Drainage Ditches, Culverts, Concrete Walkways, Fences, Picnic Tables and Benches. If you have experience, resources and capability for this type of work, we would like to hear from you. Further set-asides are still possible based upon additional market research, analysis and interested vendors. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov 2.
