Description

THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE POSTED ON OR ABOUT August 26th, 2022. Medical AIR/GAS Piping and alarm installation: 1C Clinic ALM Medical Center Phase II 36C25722Q0507 The Audi L. Murphy VAMC has a requirement for installation of medical gas piping and equipment as follows: Installation of ACR type L medical gas piping to connect 4 new patient rooms to existing medical air gas system. This will require one combination zone valve box with area alarm for oxygen, medical air, and medical vacuum and include installation of wall outlets for oxygen, medical air, and vacuum in rooms C125, C126.1, C127 and C120. This requirement includes plan design/layout, project management, removal of existing old gas line pipes, installation and warranty services. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of each ordering activity. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 M. The magnitude of this project is Less than $25,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Dustin Bartholomew. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer.  Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
