Description

The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), Intramural Research Program (IRP), Section on Developmental Neurogenomics (SDN), Human Genetics Branch require materials for spatial gene expression analysis of 16 mouse brain slices. The SDN performs spatial profiling of gene expression in the brains of mice with varying sex chromosome and gonadal profiles. As such the SDN requires specific technology to do this 10x�s visium platform to allow integration with paired neuroimaging data.
