QTY. 1�[SGMMU-08001] LFKI, any Locus - Conventional Vector Construction - Turnaround time: 8-12 weeks - Deliverable: Any Locus Large-fragment Knockin Vector (bacterial stab) and Vector Construction Report - Design and construction of any locus large-fragment knockin vector based on client-approved strategy. NOTE: Pricing/turnaround time applies to projects with fragments up to 4kb in length. Larger fragments can be accommodated at an additional cost and modified guarantee. 3. QTY. 1�[SGMMU-08003] LFKI, any locus - CRISPR/Cas9 injection to obtain knockin founders - Turnaround time: 8-18 weeks - Deliverable: Any Locus Large-fragment Knockin Founders and Nuclease Injection Report. - The nuclease mRNA and any locus large-fragment vector will be co-injected into fertilized mouse eggs, followed by implantation of the eggs into surrogate mothers to obtain offspring.
