Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) is seeking capability statements from firms interested in proposing on an Indefinite Delivery (IDC) type service contract for Architect-Engineer (AE) design services in support of the DoD�s Centralized Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP).� Support is primarily provided to U.S. Army customers but may also be used to support U.S. Air Force and other DoD components, such as the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Defense Health Agency (DHA), on an as-needed basis.��The scope may involve work in locations throughout the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and possessions, and overseas locations, such as Kuwait, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the Republic of Korea.� This contract will provide expert energy system design, engineering, commissioning, planning services, and construction phase services to support new construction, renovation, additions and alterations of energy systems to improve energy resilience, energy security and energy conservation on DoD installations. CEHNC anticipates awarding an ERCIP AE IDC, with a 24-month base period and one 36-month option for a total ordering period of 5-years. The estimated procurement value is $249M. CEHNC anticipates award of up to six AE IDCs to include both small and large firms; however, reserves the right to award more, less, or none at all.
