- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research purposes to make appropriate acquisition decisions to define the acquisition strategy.� It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes.� The Government is not obligated to, nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this source sought synopsis request.� This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award of a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach.� Any inquiries are to be made in writing by email to the point of contact, Ross Futch, Contracting Officer.� Responses to this notice shall be sent by email to ross.futch@va.gov by the due date and time of 08/31/2022 by 3:00 PM CT.� Description of requirement and submittal requirements are below: Description: Government seeks contractor to provide 5 EA Brand Name (JMED JM03-6180 CSC LXS Cabinets) or equal ENT Cabinets to the at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System (GCVHCS) located at 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531.� Contractor shall provide five (5) each ENT Treatment Cabinets including two Service Manuals and Cleaning Instructions for Biloxi VAMC.� This equipment comes complete with all pumps, tubing, canisters, and spray bottles necessary for a basic ENT set-up.� This equipment houses two separate heavy-duty pumps for both suction and pressure. Each is equipped with safety filters for added protection and longevity. The equipment offers (3) large instrument drawers, (1) deep storage drawer and standard raised bottle shelf. Scope:� Five (5) ENT Treatment Cabinets with accessories in accordance with specifications and characteristics. If you have an existing GSA or VA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract please include the contract details in your response. 8. Any additional information and/or comments. Additional Requirements (Qualifications): Nonmanufacturer Rule is applicable Buy American Act is applicable Veterans First Contracting Program and the VA Rule of Two (Kingdomware v.
