Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS!� 45 CONS intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order for the complete relocation of an existing video wall system and associated A/V equipment from Building to Building at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station not later than 30 October 2022.� This is a Sole Source in accordance with (IAW) FAR13.106-1(b)(1).� As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15), Fuzzbuzz Technologies Inc. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government�s requirement which shall include the complete relocation of existing equipment that is currently under warranty and will provide additional materials and equipment necessary to assure turn key system at new location and that will not void warranty/maintenance agreement.� These specifications are a unique requirement to support the SLD 45 launch mission.� �North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The 45th Contracting Squadron has determined that Fuzzbuzz Technologies Inc. is the only source capable of accomplishing this requirement.� As a result, a competitive solicitation will not be issued; however, in accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) the Government will consider any responses received from responsible and capable sources.� Responses must be received by 8 Sep 22, 4:00 PM Eastern time and emailed to sherri.richardson@spaceforce.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted! The Government will not be liable for any costs associated with this synopsis! The attached Single Source Justification is made available to Industry.
