- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W81K00-22-Q-0190 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13--Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W81K00-22- Q-0190 and it is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only RFQ that will be posted. A separate written solicitation document will be not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623. This solicitation is s for Preventive Maintenance (Full Service Plan) for the government owned Medrad Stellant D CT Injection System and Spectris Solaris EP MR Injection System located at Reynolds Army Community Hospital, Fort Sill, Texas. The period of performance is 1 October 2022- 30 September 2023 plus two 12-month options. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a size standard of $22M. This acquisition is conducted as a full and open competition. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered. Solicitation incorporates by reference FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 & 52.212-5 are attached. Addenda are attached. The Point of Contact (POC) for this RFQ is Ms. Kimberly Macias. Offers and Questions shall be submitted to the POCs via e-mail at kimberly.r.macias.civ@mail.mil .
