Description

This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation Number W52P1J-22-B-3000. The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) using the Two-Step Bidding Method in accordance with the format in FAR Part 14 � Sealed Bidding, as supplemented with additional information to be included in the solicitation. ACC-RI anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 13 September 2022 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. Any resulting procurement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The NAICS code for this requirement is 237310, and the Product Service code is Z2LB. The small business size standard is $39,500,000.00. Work required under the solicitation will be performed via FOB Destination at Pine Bluff Arsenal, postal address: 10020 Kabrich Circle Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71602-9500 The IDIQ contract resulting from the solicitation will consist of five Ordering Periods (Base Year and four additional Ordering Periods). The estimated magnitude is more than $10,000,000.00 (if all ceilings are met for all Ordering Periods). The minimum ordering quantity will be met with the first delivery order on the IDIQ contract. The United States Government (USG) is not under any obligation to place any delivery orders after the initial delivery order.
