INTRODUCTION The Digital Analytics Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group, at the Naval Air Warfare Center � Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD is hosting a virtual industry day in relation to upcoming competitive opportunities. �This industry event is specific to NAWCAD Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) that is a new requirement with no contractual history. The intention of this industry day is to support market research purposes pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and to provide a forum for industry questions prior to the final development of the solicitation packages.� DISCLAIMER THIS ANNOUCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.� IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT.� RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.� NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT OR PARTICIPATION IN THE INDUSTRY DAY EVENT.� ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS ANNOUCEMENT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. PROGRAM BACKGROUND The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has the requirement for contractor support services at multiple classification levels up to and including Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information� in support of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Enterprise, subordinate NAVAIR Commands, and Program Executive Offices. This requirement requires a contract vehicle for a broad spectrum of services fulfilling the mission of NAVAIR.� The intent of this contract vehicle is to improve access, and reduce associated costs of access, to services contractors up to the Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information level to support all aspects of the Acquisition Life Cycle of various platforms and programs. This will be achieved through the use of a multiple award contract managed by the NAWCAD Warfare Effectiveness Department�s Intelligence Division and is not considered a multi-agency contract.� Requirements will originate from the NAVAIR Enterprise and Program Executive Offices. There are no Sensitive Compartmented Information deliverables under this contract. The scope of these efforts may vary significantly. The intended resultant contract will be a Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite-Delivery- Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract (MAC) with the desire of the Government of a single vendor pool consisting of both large and small business participants.� The Government anticipates the MAC will include both competitive and non-competitive task orders on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 16.505. DRAFT CONTRACT INFORMATION NAWCAD SCI MAC: Multiple Award Contract Indefinite-Delivery; Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with task orders (TOs). Single Five Year Ordering Period Non-Performance Based Level of Effort MAC TOs will have Cost-Plus Fixed Fee CLINs to support TO technical services tasking, and Cost reimbursable CLINs (no fee) to support Other Direct Costs such as travel and incidental materials. Maintain a TOP SECRET//SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTED INFORMATION (SCI) Security Clearance. Primary place of performance will be at the Government�s facility Proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under consideration: TBD Proposed Product Service Codes under consideration: R425 �Support Professional � Engineering Services Notional Scope / Requirements Areas: Programmatic support Provide analytical, technical, and managerial efforts in the areas of acquisition, analysis, research and engineering, test and evaluation, logistics, training, program management, and procurement. Engage with a wide range of customers across the U.S. Department of Defense Data collection, analytics and maintenance VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAY DETAILS Thursday, September 8th 2022 from 9:00AM � 12:00PM EST Format: TEAMs Sign Up Dead Line: September 5th 2022 12:00 EST To participate, interested vendors are REQUIRED to provide Company Name, CAGE Code, Address, Business Size and applicable NAISC, Contract(s) of Interest, and Points-of-Contact (POCs) including name, email address, phone number, fax number and mailing address no later than 12:00 EST on September 5th 2022.� In addition, this Industry Day is only limited to Vendors who are able to provide evidence of current DoD Contractor TOP SECRET Facility Clearance (Block 1a of the DD254 as a prime or subcontractor) due to sensitive information being provided.
