Description
Amendment 1 (20 July 2022) - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Solicitation # FA8601-22-Q-0084. This PWS updates the list of attachments located within Section 22.0 (page #7). In addition, this amendment also attaches the following documents referenced within Section 22.0 (page #7) of the PWS: 1.) NMUSAF Assignments and Materials (EYG), 2.) NMUSAF Assignments and Materials WWII, and 3.) NMUSAF Concept Drawings.�� Amendment 2 (02 August 2022) - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Solicitation # FA8601-22-Q-0084. This PWS details the Contractor's duties and responsibilities in relation to the pre-existing theatrical lighting equipment currently located within the Museum Early Year (EY) and World War II (WWII) galleries. In addition, this amendment also attaches a Question and Answer document as a result of the Site Visit held on 21 July 2022. Amendment 3 (11 August 2022) - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date and time for Solicitation # FA8601-22-Q-0084 from 15 August 2022 at 1:00 PM EST to 19 August 2022 at 5:00 PM EST.� Amendment 4 (16 August 2022) - The purpose of this amendment is remove CLIN 1001 - World War II (WWII) gallery from Solicitation # FA8601-22-Q-0084 and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Additionally, this amendment updates the document titled ""Site Visit Questions and Answers"" to include three (3) additional questions.� Amendment 5 (19 August 2022) - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date and time for Solicitation # FA8601-22-Q-0084 from 19 August 2022 at 5:00 PM EST to 26 August 2022 at 5:00 PM EST.� Amendment 6 (23 August 2022) - The purpose of this amendment is to add FAR Clause 52.228-5, Insurance - Work on a Government Installation to Solicitation # FA8601-22-Q-0084. In addition, this amendment attaches an updated Perfromance Work Statement (PWS), dated 22 August 2022 and adds five (5) questions and answers to the document titled ""Site Visit Questions and Answers"".� Amendment 7 (25 August 2022) - The purpose of this amendment is to attach an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 25 August 2022. In addition, this amendment extends the offer due date and time from 26 August 2022 at 5:00 PM EST to 31 August 2022 at 5:00 PM EST.� Amendment 8 (31 August 2022) - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the offer due date and time for Solicitation # FA8601-22-Q-0084 from 31 August 2022 at 5:00 PM EST to 1 September 2022 at 5:00 PM EST.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (�synopsitation� hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price contract�for a commercial service, i.e.,�National Museum of the United States Air Force (NMUSAF) � Theatrical Lighting Systems Upgrade,�as described under the attachment titled �Performance Work Statement�. The Synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is conducted as a commercial service procurement in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). An award, if any, will be made to the responsible offeror who submits a quotation that: Conforms to the requirements of the synopsitation and Addendums 1 & 2; Complies with the minimum requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), as evidenced by providing a complete description of the equipment provided; and That submits the quotation with the lowest total evaluated price (TEP) technically acceptable, provided that the price is determined to be fair and reasonable.� The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or make no award at all depending upon: 1) the quality of quotations received, and 2) whether proposed prices are determined to be fair and reasonable. Offerors shall complete and include in quotations all representations and certifications, as well as all fill-in provisions and clauses, contained within this solicitation. Additionally, quotations that contain pricing only with no description/detail of the equipment that will be provided will not be accepted or considered for award.�Offerors shall submit a detailed response to the solicitation explaining the service being proposed and how the offeror is able to fulfill all requirements of the solicitation. Synopsitation Number:��FA8601-22-Q-0084 This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification�(NAICS) Code:�238210,�Small Business Size Standard:�$16,500,000.00 This solicitation is being completed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside pursuant to FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures), and FAR Part 19 (Small Business Programs).� Notice of Site Visit WPAFB will be conducting a Site Visit with regards to this solicitation on 21 July 2022.
