PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED.� The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a Firm Fixed Price requirement for medical evaluation services, as detailed in the attached solicitation notice.� The solicitation,�N66604-22-Q-0631, is released and is attached as part of this notice. N66604-22-Q-0631 are for services that were previously performed under contract N66604-20-P-8028, RFQ N66604-20-Q-8028. Offerors shall include price, delivery terms, and the following additional information with submissions: point of contact (including phone number and email address), contractor cage code, and contractor DUNs number. Offers received after the closing date and time specified will be ineligible for award.� Offers must be e-mailed directly to Renee Thiboutot at renee.m.thiboutot.civ@us.navy.mil. Offers must be received no later than 02:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, 06 September 2022. Offers received after this date and time may not be considered for award.
