Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific, Bldg 339 Clark Road, Ft Shafter, HI 96858, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Tuttnauer PLAZAMAX P50 Low Temperature Sterilizer for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation number is W81K0222Q0145. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06.The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 6515, size standard is 750 employees and the NAICS code of 339113.� This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. LINE ITEM: 0001 � Tuttnauer PLAZAMAX P50 Low Temperature Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilizer �/ 1 / Job / Delivery Date: 30 Sep 2022 All responsible offerors shall provide an offer that meets the Brand Name Only requirements. Salient Characteristics: Shall use low temperature (not to exceed 132 degrees Fahrenheit) sterilization for electrocautery, surgical drills and saws and endoscopes. Shall not require handling of ethylene oxide. The required sterilizing medium shall be hydrogen peroxide.� The low temperature sterilizer shall be no larger than 30� x 30� (W x L) and less than 70 inches tall. The minimum chamber dimension shall be 420 x 180 x 624mm. The power shall be 3-phase 208v 13.5A. The deviation to clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced contract to the successful quoter.
