Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to procureMain Feed Pump Retrofit, on a Sole Source basis from Coffin Turbo Pump, �Inc. (Cage 0APJ5). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement. �The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. �Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. �A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. � Responses shall be made in writing by E-mail to the attention of Karen Morris using the contact information�provided in this synopsis.
