This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The solicitation number is 12905B22Q0230 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).�� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2022-07.�� This solicitation is issued as Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 334516 the small business size standard is 1000.� CLINS, item descriptions, quantities and units of measure:� 0001, Flexible Film Isolator (see description for quantities and items) Description/Statement of Work/Specification:� Laboratory Starter Double Positive Vinyl Isolator System with Four -30""x2'x2' Isolators with 12"" Transfer Port Required specifications: 4 flexible vinyl, fully eclosed and double-gloved isolators equipped with HEPA air filters for maintaining axenic and gnotobiotic animal experiments Flexible film inflated through air pressure Separate, 12� wide transfer ports Sterilizing cylinders and filter media Airflow at 4 cubic feet per minute Required supplies for setup and backup supplies for unit Double tiered rack for holding isolators with locking wheels for cylinders. Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance:� Delivery to: 64 Nowelo Street, Hilo, HI 96720 Delivery within 90 days after order�� This requirement shall be FOB Destination. See the attached RFQ terms and conditions for more requirements.� FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
