Description

The Government Publishing Office (GPO) in Washington DC intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with SOFTWARE AG GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS, INC., located at 12950 WORLDGATE DRIVE, SUITE 300, HERNDON, VA 20170, US. The Government intends to award a sole source contract under MMAR sections 6.302-1, 6.302-2, and 41 U.S.C. 6101. The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is to establish a firm fixed price contract for one base year plus four option periods. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire support, maintenance, development and application modernization of the aforementioned legacy environments and applications.�� These support services will allow GPO to maintain the functional integrity of the legacy application and the mainframe as GPO moves to modernize those legacy systems. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. A written responses can be submitted via email to sprak@gpo.gov and abehi@gpo.gov no later than (NLT) September 02, 2022 by 04:00 PM EST.
