TITLE:�F3T3LR2109AW01:�Sole Source Acquisition for High Pressure Fire Pump� The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Rosenbauer America, LLC. This procurement will be for�one (1)�Ultra-High Pressure Pump model CPK-5, fitting a Panther 6x6 Fire Truck manufactured by Rosenbauer America, LLC.�All work shall be in accordance with Federal, State and base safety regulations and the manufacturers� recommendations.� APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:� This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).� Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information�received�will be considered a competitive requirement. The anticipated award date is unknown.�
