Description: Francis Marion National Forest requires 12 tons of 17?17?17 fertilizer in 50?pound bags (480 bags) delivered and unloaded for their Seed Orchard Facility in Huger, South Carolina. The forest will not provide material handling equipment at delivery location. Transportation must include operator and equipment capable of offloading material on a gravel/ aggregate surface and then placing on concrete slab under an open pole shed. See attached solicitation.
