DLA Energy has received a one-time buy (OTB) request for delivery of 60,000 gallons of TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JA1) NSN: 9130-00-753-5026. Request fuel be delivered to US Marine Corps Expeditionary Airfield, Japan by TANK TRUCK WAGON. Required Delivery Date is No Later Than October 15, 2022. Please provide your quotes to this office by 8:00 AM Eastern, Wednesday, September 14, 2022. This opportunity can also be found on beta.SAM.gov with reference ID: SPE60522Q0685� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, SPE60522Q0685, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The contract resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed price contract. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-1 dated 26 April 2022. DPAS rating for potential award is DO. Delivery Address: Lat 26degrees 43min 46sec N Long 127degree 45min 34sec E Ie Shima� 99999 Delivery Mode: TTWP - Tank Truck w/ Pump & Meter Adapter (type): Cam Lock, Size: 4 inches, Hose (length): 25FT - 50FT Meter (type): digital / analog Delivery Hours: 0800-1800 MONDAY-SUNDAY SEE DELIVERY NOTES Delivery Notes: Requesting 60,000 gallons of Jet-A1 to be delivered to US Marine Corps Expeditionary Air Field. Fuel is required to be delivered in one iteration/day and if needed, requesting deliveries be available on weekends. The fuel will be dispensed into 20k fuel bladders. The delivery tanker needs to have the ability to pump the fuel from their truck into the bladder. The delivery truck needs to be able to attach to the 4 INCHES NATO standard style male and female cam lock style fitting. The delivery truck also needs to bring fuel testing papers to show the quantity, grade, API, and temp. Drivers are required to have all paperwork necessary to enter US base. Delivery Ticket Notes: Delivery tickets required. See the attached Delivery Narrative for additional information. VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING ALL APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THEIR QUOTED PRICES. DLA Energy may require a vendor to sign the SF1449 prior to being awarded this delivery. This will be sent by email and may have a response window of as little as two (2) hours. Upon request, the vendor must return the signed SF1449 by the deadline specified. If this is not returned by the specified deadline, DLA Energy reserves the right to offer this delivery to a different vendor. Electronic Funds Transfer as a means of payment will be made upon receipt and acceptance of all products through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria stated in paragraph (a) of FAR 52.212-2 are as follows: The contract will be awarded to the lowest price quotation from a responsible vendor. Vendors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its quotation. A printout from sam.gov is acceptable. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders � Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. ENERGY Quality Assurance Provision C16.01 TURBINE FUEL, AVIATION (JP5) also applies. (See attached) The government will not assume any responsibility above the 10% variance authorized by the contract. Contract resulting from this procurement will be a firm fixed price contract. DLA Energy may require a vendor to sign the SF1449 prior to being offered this delivery. This would be sent by email and have a response window of as little as two (2) hours.
