This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).�The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07.�� The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition, addendum 1 includes information concerning what the requirements are for the evaluation factors.� 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this requirement, the specific evaluation criteria which is included in paragraph (a) are Price,�Technical and Mission Capabilities, Delivery, and Past Performance.� Review carefully the addendum for information on HOW the quotes will be evaluated.� � � Offers should inlude a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer (unless updated in SAM.gov).� FAR clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. �� All questions shall be in digital format to the email address provided.� Any phone conversation will be directed to submit their question via electronic format.� Any questions that are considered significant will be posted as an amendment in memo format (Question and Answer).� Questions on this requirement should be recieved at least 3 days prior to close date.��
