� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Agency: TN Army National Guard Contract Number: W912L7-22-P-0703 The Tennessee Army National Guard hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price for a commercial-of-the-shelf (COTS) to Logis-Tec INC. This acquisition is to procure upgrades to CHP equipment installed at two (2) facilities, for the TN Army National Guard. The sole source is based on customer�s need of upgrades on Logis-Tech INC systems. This sole source contracting action is in accordance with the FAR 6.302-1(A)(2). Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
