PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: This is a solicitation announcement for design and construction services as described within this� announcement and it's attachments. Offerors are responsible for monitoring this website for changes to this notice. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT: The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Europe District is soliciting proposals for a design-build� construction�contract for the construction of a facility at CEG Adjaha Decondary School in Grand Popo, Southwest Benin. The solicitation includes basic design criteria, and the USACE intends to award a resulting contract to a single design-build construction contractor that will complete the 100% design and construct the project. See solicitation attachments posted with this announcement for complete details associated with the scope of work and other requirements. 3. PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located at CEG Adjaha Decondary School in Grand Popo, Southwest Benin.� Latitude 6.323479 N, Longitude 1.8327512 E (See Attachment #1-Location Map.) 4. HOW TO RESPOND TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT: Proposals must be prepared and submitted according to the instructions within the contract solicitation (plus amendments).
