The Government proposes to acquire, on a 5 year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 25 each up to 125 each Maximum of CONDITIONER, POWER L, NSN: 6110-01-524-8524 Part Number: HM025-429-11 applicable to the AH-64 Apache weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 720 Days after Date after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACY, CA, 95304-5000. This item is restricted to ROBERTSON FUEL SYSTEMS, L.L.C., CAGE CODE: 1T765; KAMPI COMPONENTS CO., CAGE CODE: 7Z016; INTEGRATED PROCUREMENT TECHNOLOGIES, CAGE CODE: 4K0V2; TNL SALES LLC, CAGE CODE: 1XLG2 This item has an AMRC Code of 3D and this item will be acquired for the second or subsequent time directly from the actual manufacturer as indicated. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or another adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
