- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140F0922Q0147 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The anticipated award date is within 10 days after the close of this announcement. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number: 2022-07, Effective Date: 08/10/2022. This requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted, Brand Name or Equal (refer to FAR 52.211-6). The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513 - Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation.
