Description

The mission of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is to provide benefits and services to Veterans of the United States. In meeting these goals, OIT strives to provide high quality, effective, and efficient Information Technology (IT) services to those responsible for providing care to the Veterans at the point-of-care as well as throughout all the points of the Veterans health care in an effective, timely and compassionate manner. VA depends on Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) systems to meet mission goals. The period of performance (PoP) shall be for a 60-month base period. This is inclusive of 30 days after delivery order award for delivery of the hardware and software for the first site. The Department of Veterans Affairs requires a hyperconverged infrastructure solution to include hardware, software, installation, maintenance, warranty and training. The following table specifies the quantities and required terabytes of data capacity hardware and software. The Contractor is responsible for the equipment installation, testing, and training. *** Vendors must answer all the line items to whether they meet or not all the requirements on attachment. Failure to answer any questions will disqualify***
