Description

NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for Voice 200ultra Selected Ion Flow Tube Mass Spectrometer The National Aeronautics and Space Administration NASA/MSFC is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI), and members of the underserved communities as defined by Executive Order 13985, Advancing Racial Equity And Support For Underserved Communities Through The Federal Government, for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for Voice200ultra Selected Ion Flow Tube Mass Spectrometer. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Women-owned (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses received. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. Interested firms are responsible for monitoring this website for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Vendors having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and references. Minimum specifications for real-time (gas analysis) Selected Ion Flow Tube Mass Spectroscopy (SIFT-MS) instrument: � Start-up time: <10 minutes � Reagent ions: H30+, NO+, O2+ � Mass Range: 10 � 400 Da � Mass resolution: unit mass resolution throughout the mass range � Linearity range: Up to 6 orders of magnitude � Dynamic range: Up to 6 orders of magnitude � Live data streaming via ethernet port � Generic spreadsheet format (CSV) � Test format system information and raw data � Summary report generation � Ambient operating temperature: 10oC to 30oC � Ambient operating humidity: 5 to 95% � LCD touchscreen interface � Remote control by MODBUS TCP or Syft protocol � USB port including support for barcode scanner or keyboard (optional) � 230 VAC, 50-60 Hz � Carrier gas consumption: Helium 360sccm or Nitrogen 180 sccm
