THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME.� No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. This notice is a market research tool used to obtain information only and to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide items as specified below. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach. This is a sources sought notice to identify companies with the product availability and interest in competing for Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order Contract to provide: Objective of the Acquisition� The MOARNG is seeking to update the technology controlling a Power Test Dynamometer Model 50X02. The dynamometer is used in the operational testing of military engines to diagnose issues. The current software and connectivity does not support the integration of readings from the Electronic Control Modules (ECM) contained in the newer engines. Desired Characteristics CLIN 0001) Military Engine Dynamometer Upgrade � Quantity 1 EA a)�� �Provide a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or higher and appropriate peripherals. b)�� �Provide appropriate connectivity to the dynamometer for monitoring engine performance and connectivity to the ECM. c)�� �Onsite updates installed, testing of equipment, and training on new software usage. Only respondents to this request will be notified of the results of the evaluation. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating the capacity to provide the items listed above in the specified quantities. The capability package must be complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the vendor's ability to provide the required parts. Please note that your submittal shall not exceed five (5) pages. Submit your completed responses no later than 20 September 2022 to the Contract Specialist, Hediberto Roman, via email at Hediberto.roman.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Craig Lueckenotto via email at craig.l.lueckenotto.civ@army.mil� The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from the potential sources as a result of this synopsis. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following: A. COMPANY PROFILE. To include: (1) Company name and address; (2) Year the firm was established and number of employees; (3) names of two principals to contact (including title, telephone, and email addresses); (4) Unique Entity Id number; (6) CAGE Code; and (7) positive assertion indicating registration in SAM (http:www.sam.gov). B. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Include experience in providing orders of these types and brands of products in similar quantities within the last eight (8) years. The following Government or commercial information shall be provided for each of your references: (1) Contract Number and Title; (2) Name of Contracting Activity; and (3) Contracting Officer's Name, Telephone Number, and/or email address: (4) Previous Contract Date and Value. C. LEAD TIME. The Government is contemplating delivery of these parts within forty-five (60) days of contract award. Would you consider this an adequate amount of time? If not, what period of time would you estimate and on what is your estimation based? D. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, if any, that the responders believe to be relevant to this requirement. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 20 September 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).
