Description

**** 9/09/2022 UPDATE Updated pre-solicitation documents and included attachment 9.� Please use attachment 4 for questions.� Questions are due no later than 13 September 2022 at 10:00. **** 8/11/2022 Update The purpose of this update is to release the Q&As for the Draft Solicitation. A final solicitation is anticipated for release late September or October 2022.� **** This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in order to satisfy FAR 5.204.� THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.� RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED PROPOSALS AND CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT.� �No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought or any follow-up requests for information or clarification.� The Government will not pay for any information provided as a result of this synopsis. This pre-solicitation is for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Enterprise Systems IBM Support (ESIS).� The proposed solicitation number is 2032H5-22-R-00011. This action is full and open competition.� Attached is a DRAFT solicitation with a DRAFT performance work statement (PWS).� Comment and feedback from industry are welcomed relating to all attachments.� The Government may take any feedback into consideration and revise the applicable document.� The Government does not intend to answer any questions relating to this DRAFT solicitation and associated documents. The contracting office responsible for this action is the Lanham Office at: 5000 Ellin Road Lanham, MD 20706 The contracting officer for this action is Ms. Nicole Smith and the contract specialists are Mr. Jon Carney and Ms. Monique Waddell.
