- the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces its intent to issue a solicitation for �POL Tank inspection PET, Peterson AFB, CO�. The solicitation will close on or about�12�August 2022. �This solicitation is 100% SDVOSB SMALL BUSINESSES SET ASIDE. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: DLA-Energy has requested USACE conduct an Internal API AST 653 Inspection at Peterson AFB, CO on FAC 03614/Tank 14, 03629/Tank 15 in accordance with all laws standards, federal regulations, as well as any state and local regulations and guidelines..� See PWS for complete instructions. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard of $17.0M. Please be advised of on-line registration requirements in the System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications. Representations and Certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update.
