- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the solicitation number FA4659-22-QM-0013. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06 as of 26 May 22, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement effective 4/28/2022, and the Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2022-0502. This acquisition is being solicited as an unrestricted requirement. In regards to size standards, the applicable NAICS is 811213, and the small business size standard is $19.5 million. This a sole source approved acquisition to Unify Inc.. If there any businesses that feel they can meetthe Governments needs in accordance with the attached performance work statement, please submit your quotation and capability statement by 15 Sep 22 at 12:00pm CST Work will be performed on Grand Forks AFB, ND. Exact address will be provided in any resultant contract. Acceptance will be performed by the Government. The FOB Point is destination. The quotation price shall include all shipping and handling charges. Shipping and/or handling charges shall not be listed in the quotation as a separate line item entry. Applicable shipping or handling charges shall be included into the unit/extended price. ALL QUOTES SHALL BE VALID THROUGH 1 NOV 22. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. As prescribed in 32.706-1(a), insert the following clause: Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
