LOUIS DISTRICT� PLACE OF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE: Carlyle, IL 62231-1267� COMPETITION SET-ASIDE: Full & Open Competition� TYPE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price� PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE:� 365 days from date of award.�� ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000� PRODUCT OR SERVICE CODE (PSC): Y1QA � Construction of Restoration of Real Property� NAICS AND SIZE STANDARD: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this is effort is 238320, Painting and Wall covering Contractors.� The Small Business Administration small business size standard for NAICS code 238320 is $16.5 million annual average receipts (total or gross income) over the past three years.� DESCRIPTION:� The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, Carlyle Lake in Carlyle, Illinois is seeking a firm for furnishing all equipment, supplies, materials, and labor, and performing all operation in connection with blasting and application of paint system to Spillway Bridge, Catwalks, Handrails, Stop Logs, Tainter Gate Machinery, and Interior walls and floors of Operating House at Carlyle Lake Dam.�� This solicitation is issued as an Unrestricted Invitation for Bid (IFB)� Please see Instructions to Bidders.� Paper copies of this solicitation and its amendments will not be available or issued.� Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package or the Interested Vendor List will not be honored.������� SITE VISIT:�A site visit is scheduled for August 15, 2022, at 10:00AM CST. The visit will take place at the Carlyle Lake Project Office, 801 Lake Road, Carlyle, IL 62231. The Construction Lead and point of contact is Kevin Deiters. The Contracting points of contact are Acquisition Business Specialist, Leigh Ann Thomas and Contracting Officer, Kelsey Daniels. �QUESTIONS regarding this IFB are due by 10:00AM CST on August 22, 2022.� �A consolidated list of all questions received, and answers will be posted on https://www.sam.gov.
