Description: Project requires three (3) back u chillers for the existing Chiller 4 and Chiller 5 supplying chilled water to all existing OR Rooms, located on the existing roof at the 3rd floor of the Miami VA Medical Center, building 1. The condition of the existing Chillers 4 and 5 are critical right now. There is no redundancy and if the MVAMC lose any of the exiting chiller, the hospital will lose all the Operating Rooms. Losing any of these existing Chillers will automatically force to shutdown Patient Care Services, preventing the Main Hospital form performing OR procedures.
